Horse Head started in 2011 in Phoenix, AZ. They released a demo in 2012, and a well-received EP in 2013, entitled, “Missionary”. Horse Head’s intense live shows were second to none, and they quickly became a favorite act among Phoenix area metal-lovers. This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
